PVC JOINERY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• . Minimum of 5 years experience in related fields.
• Should have PVC joinery skills. . Able to manager 3-5 staff.
• Able to work all machines for PVC joinery.
• Able to measure and quote.
• Computer literate.
• With good English communications skills.
• Must have a Driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the quality outputs of all workshop employees, offering feedback where required and continually encouraging improvements.
• Responsible in measuring and providing quotation.
• Responsible for planning and organizing workshop manufacturing to meet output targets for quantity, quality, unit costs, and project requirements
• Responsible for proper use of materials and equipment.
• Responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing team members

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 100,000 VT/Month (PHP 48,000)
• No placement fee
• No processing fee
