Qualifications:
- Technical versatility in electronics design, electronics hardware/software integration, and system electromechanical integration
- Electronic components and test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.) Systems engineering (requirements-based design and project execution)
- Analog and digital circuit design
- Printed circuit board (PCB) layout, manufacturing and assembly processes
- Electromagnetic interference and susceptibility design methods
- Experience with lightning protection and Customer-centric attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the fabrication process
- Review and analyze production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards during the fabrication process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of fabrication professionals
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and budget
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
