Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finishing phases of construction projects, including plastering, painting, flooring, and interior finishes. Ensure all finishing works are completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and review reports, designs, and drawings related to finishing works.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
