RTG Food Assistant (Deli Assistant-Commi/Line Cook)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Can provide Certificate of employment

Responsibilities:

• The Ready-to-Go Food Assistant, is responsible for assisting with the daily preparation of a variety of cold meals and salads for both the Supermarket and Satellite Stores in an efficient and timely manner
• Responsible for ensuring the consistency, freshness, food quality and presentation of RTG meals, ensuring accurate records of waste and products used for transfers.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized food preparation station and adherence to food safety and hygiene standard
