Refrigeration Mechanic

Qualifications:

• General service and repair experience.
• Breakdown experience.
• Understanding of electrical.
• Can perform maintenance work on refrigerated equipment in transport trailers.
• Can manage electrical breakdowns during the after-hours roster.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing, completing repairs and maintenance work on refrigerated equipment
• Using your problem-solving skills to come up with ideas to solve any issues that may arise
• Handling breakdowns during both scheduled hours and the afterhours roster
• Working independently or as a part of a team to complete work both onsite at Iceman and offsite at customer’s yards
• Liaising with the customers to ensure that all work is complete to their expectations
• Using your attention to detail to ensure your work is of good quality
