CHOCOLATE CHEF

Qualifications:

• With at least a High School Diploma or restaurant and hotel or tourism educational degree;
• Has a certification and a specialization in pastry or chocolate arts;
• Proven experience as a chocolatier or pastry chef specializing in chocolate;
• With in-depth knowledge of chocolate types, tempering techniques and unique recipes;
• Must have a creative and artistic ability to craft visually appealing chocolate products;
• Has an ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team.
