PASTRY CHEF

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required;
• Has a certificate in culinary arts pastry remaking, baking, or relevant field;
• Two or more years experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef Baker or relevant role;
• With working knowledge of baking techniques and pastry making process;
• With in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and nutrition;
• Must have a creative ability with artistic skills in decorating cakes and other desserts;
• Must be flexible in working hours including weekends and evenings when necessary.
