Steel Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• General steel fabrication and familiarity with fabrication equipment.
• Proficient with MIG – Steel
• Experience cutting, welding, grinding, sanding and drilling.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble truck components, including frames, bodies, cabs, and accessories.
• Measure and cut metal materials using cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Weld metal components together using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to create strong and durable joints.
• Perform grinding, sanding, and finishing operations to smooth welds and remove sharp edges, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
