Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Food Technology
• Experience in food processing (preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East)
• Familiarity with HACCP, TQM, and ISO standards
• Valid passport required

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and oversee production operations in both primary and secondary areas
• Manage team of 250 staff, including 6 supervisors, to ensure smooth production flow
• Improve production capacity, quality and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and international standards (HACCO & ISO)
• Work closely with the QC, Maintenance, and Sales teams to meet production goals
• Prepare annual business plans, manage inventory, and ensure manpower utilization
