Qualifications:

• For female only
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Manage Nursing Staff: Oversee daily activities, evaluate performance, and provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high quality patient care.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality Care: Monitor patient care practices to ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, address staffing needs, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle Patient and Family Concerns: Address and resolve patient and family issues or complaints, ensuring that concerns are managed promptly and effectively.
• Implement and Monitor Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement projects, analyze care data, and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
