Senior Architect

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on contemporary design and project leadership.
• Expert proficiency in SketchUp, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Proven track record of delivering creative architectural projects, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of contemporary architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage and mentor architectural teams, providing creative direction and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
• Oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
• Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and executive teams.
• Stay current on architectural trends, sustainability practices, and industry innovations to incorporate into design processes.
