Process Technician

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in packaging manufacturing
• Diploma or technical Vocational in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Responsibilities:

• Prepare preventive maintenance, make maintenance report, equipment requisition and maintain, test and repair equipments
• Sets up and operates machine, tools, according to specifications, tooling instruction and standards applying knowledge of machine methods, safely operates all the machines in the department and to produce finished product with minimum downtime
• Know the sequence of operation of the machines in productions such as injection molding, thermoforming, paper and non-woven, wet fiber forming and press board cutlery
• Responsibilities for preventive and maintenance of machinery and equipment concerned to support the operation of another department in factory
