Spa Attendant

Qualifications:

• Appearance: No visible tattoos.
• Customer service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Education: Minimum middle school diploma or equivalent.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English, with Chinese language skills being an advantage.
• Availability: Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight.

Responsibilities:

• Tidy up the Spa Area and Hair Salon in Casino Area
• Actively welcome and prepare towels and drinks for the guests
• Assist in guiding guest to certain treatment area, and handle inquiries of guest in an immediate manner
