Our employer Jash Technical Services is in need of the following:

ASSET MANAGER / CAFM LEAD

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• At least three years of this experience at Airports

Responsibilities:

• Basic Knowledge of airport-specific facilities, including terminals, runways, hangars, and support buildings
• Basic Understanding of airport-specific facilities and infrastructure
• Basic Knowledge of maintenance practices, operational efficiency, and asset management
• Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximize the value and efficiency of airport assets
• Expertise in using CAFM software to manage and track facilities and assets
• Ability to configure, customize, and optimize CAFM systems to meet specific airport operational needs
• Deep Knowledge of integrating CAFM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BIM)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret asset data, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to generate comprehensive reports on asset status, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to asset management in the aviation industry
• Ensuring that asset management practices comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to asset management
• Experience in managing asset-related projects, such as upgrades, refurbishments, or new installations
