Our employer Jash Technical Services is in need of the following:
RISK CHANGE & BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT
Qualifications:
- Male Applicants
- Experience in risk management, change management, and business continuity
- At least three years of this experience at Airports
- Professional Certifications are advantage: Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Change Management Practitioner (CMP), PMI-RMP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor
Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring
- Understanding of change management principles and practices, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and the implementation of organizational changes
- Familiarity with business continuity standards (e.g., ISO 22301) and practices, including the development and maintenance of business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure operational resilience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to risk management, change management, and business continuity in the aviation industry
- Understanding of crisis management procedures, including the development of crisis response plans and conducting crisis simulations or drills
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing controls to manage risks effectively in an airport environment
- Skills in managing and overseeing change initiatives, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption to airport operations
- Experience in developing, implementing, and testing business continuity plans to ensure the airport can continue operations during and after a disruption
- Proficiency in leading crisis response efforts, coordinating recovery operations, and ensuring effective communication during emergencies
- Ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airport authorities, regulatory bodies, and service providers, to ensure alignment on risk, change, and continuity plans
