PRODUCTION INCHARGE (MANUFACTURING WORKER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Must be a multi-task person & can work under pressure
• Work experience in same environment or in Manufacturing Company
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP B1 System
• Managerial experience. Gulf experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in preparing material requisition base on Production Plan.
• Manage the day to day production operations
• Good Knowledge about Chemical Formulation/Mixing Ratio
• Good knowledge in Trouble shooting the Line (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Good knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance in the line .
• Responsible for issuing Job order to supervisor/operator and control all employees in the factory.
• Daily production Datas entered in excel file also in SAP system
• Continuous monitor production lines
• If found any maintenance problem immediately inform to Maintenance Department.
• Arrange labor distribution for Daily and during employees absent period.
• Give training for employees whenever need.
• Ensure that all excel files, KPI files and ISO related files update daily basis.
• Ensure that all production transactions available in SAP system
• Follows instruction, respond to management direction.
• Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, purchase, sales, stores, & materials.
