HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male not more than 45 years old
• With minimum 3 years experience
• Experience: Previous experience working on Maintenance of facilities in Gulf Country. Previous experience of Carrier, Trane, Petra, Zamil Chillers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Troubleshooting, o&m and pm &cm servicing of a wide range of hvac equipments (chiller, packages dx, fcu units cold storages.
• Identification and diagnosis of faults and subsequent rectification and testing of equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring Compliance with appliance standards and with occupational health and safety act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers requirements.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
