BUTCHER TRAINEES
Qualifications:
- High school / College diploma
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
- Passion for crafting fresh products, with interest in meat and sausage specialties
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working with people in a team environment
- Minimum B1 German language proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Production of various types of sausages
- How to break down animals, and gain diverse knowledge about meat products
- Customer consultation, event planning, and product packaging
- Gain insight into animal-friendly fattening, husbandry, and slaughter. Therefore, one-week visits to various farms are part of the training
- Your creativity is required in cooking; you’ll create recipes and be trained in using various spices
- An insight into office work and sales is also part of the training. You’ll spend four weeks each in purchasing and sales
