Al Mulla Exchange is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to support daily financial transactions and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist clients with exchange services, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure efficient cash handling procedures in a professional environment.

Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales, cashiering, customer service, or related field.
- Must have a valid passport with at least two (2) years and six (6) months validity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Record transactions by logging cash movements and preparing currency transaction reports.
- Maintain adequate cash and currency supplies for daily operations.
- Turn in excess cash and mutilated currency to the Head Teller when necessary.
- Reconcile cash drawers by verifying cash transactions and balancing cash totals.
- Count, sort, and package currency and coins accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding company services and transactions.
- Promote company services and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all transactions.
