Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessment of current HR practices and in making recommendations to improve HR management of the hospital.
- Oversee the daily HR issues of the hospital and ensure to resolve the same.
- Ensure and monitor biometric attendance against roster of each department on regular basis.
- Managing all activities in association with recruitment of National and Expatriate staff and getting information related to employee reference and background check.
- Undertaking quality checks of selection and recruitment processes to ensure effective meetings of guidelines and standards
- Provide input into improving staffing plans for various departments and introduce polices to reduce staff related disciplinary issues.
- Responsible for reviewing, planning, revising, implementing and monitoring all hospital HR policies in line with hospital accreditation guidelines.
- Identifying, reviewing and advising on tasks related to recruitment process and employment strategies to meet human resources requirements and staff retention.
- Oversee the induction of all employees – Joining forms, New Employee Kit, issuance of uniform, ID card, access card, CUG, etc., ensuring Workstations for new employees and bank account opening.
- Prepare and oversee the payroll and monitoring department staff allocations and rosters. HRMS software management, implementation and training.
- Coordinate with National and expatriate employees for statutory compliance and hospital’s legal compliance with relevant authorities.
