Electrical Leadman

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Candidate must have Construction, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and refinery industry experience
• Candidate must with GCC experience is an advantage
• Candidate mut have no re entry in KSA

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigning tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the electrical work is completed on time and according to project specifications while also actively participating in the hands-on installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Assign tasks to electricians based on their skill level and project requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the work of the electrical crew, identifying and addressing any quality issues.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced electricians.
• Address any conflicts or problems within the team.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Develop work schedules and ensure the team adheres to project timelines.
• Estimate material needs and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with other trades on the project site.
• Perform complex electrical installations, including wiring, conduit runs, and fixture installation.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Test and inspect electrical systems to verify proper functionality
