Occupational Health Safety & Environment Supervisor

Qualifications:

• With 2 years Overseas, 3 years Local experienced.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in a QHSE role, preferably in a related industry or environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in QHSE, quality management, safety, or environmental management.
• Experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential QHSE risks and non-conformities, and develop strategies for mitigation and improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
