Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Specialist

Qualifications:

• With 2 years related experience.
• Vocational or High School Graduate.

Responsibilities:

• The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Performs preventative maintenance & corrective maintenance on all Kitchens & Laundry equipment.
• Electrical trouble shooting and wiring, schematic reading, plumbing and mechanical trouble shooting and repair for all the kitchen equipment.
• Maintain kitchen equipment’s parts inventory.
