Commercial Cooling Technician

Qualifications:

• With 2 years Overseas, 3 years local experienced.
• Diploma in Heat ventilation and air condition or ITI

Responsibilities:

• Test, operate and maintain various refrigerant operating system like cool rooms chillers, freezers and HVAC system in order to ensure effective operation and loss prevention.
• Observing and testing system operation.
• Monitoring and recording daily energy consumption.
• Taking initiative and reducing energy consumptions.
• Dismantling malfunctioning systems and testing components.
• Repairing or replacing defective parts.
• Recovering and reclaiming refrigerant.
• Installing wiring to connect components to a power source.
• Brazing or soldering defective joints and leaks. Studying blueprints.
• Drilling holes and installing mounting structures. Scheduling work.
• Maintaining records or repairs and replacements made.
• Ordering materials and supplies.
• Attend guest compliant and ensure highest level of satisfaction.
• Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.
• Follow hazardous Material management program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals etc. using material safety data sheets.
• Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, materials and machines.
• To be available for any emergencies and act in a professional manner to protect our Guests, Staffs and preserve the Hotel Property and its system.
• Follow Hotel Emergency plan.
