FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a finance administrator, finance assistant or similar role
  • Competency with xero multi-currency cloud accounting software (or willing to learn)
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale software vend/lightspeed and unleashed stock management software or willing to learn)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency with cbm standard operating procedures, policies and accounting principles
  • Oversee the accounting, finance and administration components including the bookshops imprest accounts, petty cash funds, accounting and administrative activities
  • Supervise head office staff working in accounts and administrative roles.

Requirements:

  • Other CERTIFICATES related to job preferences.
