FIRE COMMAND CENTER (FCC) OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Able to attend face to face interview in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Solid knowledge of DCS and Panel Operations
• Reports any unusual observations to the relevant authorities/persons, especially during an emergency situation.
• Maintains the record of fire alarms, damage in the fire system, and any irregularities in the system and prepares reports.
• Answers fire and emergency alarms and investigates disturbances in the system.
• Reports any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
• Follows procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Monitors, operate, test, and data entry responsibility for various computerized and electronic equipment used in access control, fire, and security systems.
• Maintains all company hand and fixed tools in good working condition.
• Must be familiar with emergency procedures, i.e. fire, bomb threats, medical and power failure.
• Provides assistance for any person/s who is trapped inside the elevator by giving instructions and advice on what to do while waiting for the rescuers.
