PROCUREMENT STAFF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• College Degree holder in Accounting, Business Management or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders and send to respective vendors.
• Monitor the status of orders and delivery times, and ensure the required product quantity is accurate and sufficient.
• Make order adjustments when needed.
• Keep track of all goods and services ordered and received, and manage inventory records precisely including pricing, quantity and delivery time.
• Assist in researching vendors and comparing competing suppliers. Maintain good relations with suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier information in the system.
• Monitor contracts to ensure suppliers meet expectations, invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
