PROJECT MANAGERS (Roads and Water Treatment)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, project management, engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience as a project manage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Description:
- Project Planning:
- Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Clearly communicate project goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Motivate team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project plan.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure
- project goals are met. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
