Car Paint Technicians

Qualifications:

• Male, 25 to 40 years old
• Previous experience of 2-5 years in the same field
• Good verbal and written communication (In English)
• Willingness to listen and ability to respond respectfully
• Good behavior and clear communication with customers and colleagues is important for ensuring satisfaction and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of car paint theory (Paint types, properties, all type of application)
• Proficiency with various paint systems and equipment (guns, booths, mixing, Dry sanding and polishing tools)
• Mastery of surface preparation techniques (Dry sanding, masking, priming)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for paint issues
• Continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques
