Qualifications:
- Must be a PRC registered nurse
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation center, health and medical clinic
- Nurses with current B1/B2 level certification are welcome to apply
- Willing to undergo 8-10 months German language training
Responsibilities:
- Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ health status.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care
