Workshop Technicians
Qualifications:
- A college diploma or Secondary diploma
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Workshop Technician
- Must have prior experience operating forklifts
- Able to complete regular scheduled service work along with diagnostic breakdown work on forklifts
- Able to facilitate basic maintenance training on electric and IC units.
Responsibilities:
- Complete regular scheduled service work along with diagnostic breakdown work
- Completing daily work activities and objectives on time.
- Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including timesheets, jobcards& service reports.
- When visiting customer sites always present yourself and your vehicle and repair equipment as a
professional. - Ensuring tools and equipment, including company vehicles (where applicable)are used properly
and kept in a clean and working condition. - Providing guidance to fellow Service team members where applicable
- Solve and report to Service Supervisor all customer requirements and problems.
- Facilitate basic maintenance training on electric and IC units.
- Company vehicle – to be kept clean and tidy at all times and any damage/defects reported
immediately. - Ensure full compliance with OHS regulations and procedures
- Actively provide feedback and engage in positive communications with other employees.
