Farm Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Farm Manager
- Substantial experience in landscaping or related field, with a proven track record of leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in landscaping techniques, plant care, and horticultural practices.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams and clients.
- Capability to troubleshoot issues and make decisions quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating daily landscaping activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring their completion according to schedules.
- Leading a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Participating in landscape planning, scheduling, and budgeting for projects.
- Inspecting work progress, ensuring compliance with design plans, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervising proper use, maintenance, and storage of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Communicating with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
- Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring the team’s adherence to safety protocols.
