Service Crew (Kitchen Worker)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Experience in as Service Crew / Kitchen Worker in a Fast Food Restaurant is required for this role
Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Counter and Supervise the Use of Utensils and Equipment Such as Knives, Pans and Kitchen Scales.
- To Master All Fast Food; Falafel, Shawarma, Burger, Schnitzel, Grills.
- To Master Pizza and Pastries. To Master Hot and Cold Drinks.
- To Have Good Morals and Appearance, And to Have Honesty and Confidence.
- Modifying Recipes to Meet Customer Needs and Requests.
- Communicate With the Kitchen on Any Question Related to Menu Questions, Waiting Time, Availability of Products, And Register Orders in The Point-of- Sale System Immediately.
- Providing Side Items for Meals, Recognizing Guests’ Sensitivity to Certain Items, In Addition to Special Needs, Special Kitchen Requests.
- He has a strong enough knowledge of basic menus and basics of food preparation.
- Can answer any question related to the menu and assist with menu selections.
- Always apply the correct method of service at all times, while maintaining enthusiasm while serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, glassware, crockery, etc. during shifts.
- Review requests and orders on the system and ensure that they are accurate and prepared in a timely manner according to the request.
- Work with employees and colleagues to ensure that the restaurant is fully operational.
- Complete the day’s final tasks such as restocking pieces, turning off the lights, etc.
- Carry out any other tasks related to food and beverages assigned to him by the manager
