WELDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a welder or metal fabricator.
• Must be a first-time applicant to Japan.
• Willing to work in GMAW / MIG Department, GTAW / TIG Department, Metal Fabricator Department
• Knowledgeable in welding procedures, fabrication techniques, and workshop safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and welding instructions is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of working in manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn Japanese work culture and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Good attitude and willingness to undergo training if required.

Requirements:

• Perform MIG/GMAW and TIG/GTAW welding according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in metal fabrication, assembly, cutting, grinding, and finishing works.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and welding instructions accurately.
• Inspect welded parts and finished products to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Operate welding machines, fabrication tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work areas, tools, and materials.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support production operations and meet assigned manufacturing targets and schedules.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Cooperate with supervisors and team members to maintain productivity and quality workmanship.
