WELDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Candidates must possess a VALID PASSPORT

Course of study:

• Knowledge on arc welding etc. (1 hour)
• Basic knowledge on arc welding equipment (3 hours)
• Knowledge on work methods arc welding, etc. (6 hours)
• Related laws (1 hour)

Contents of Practical training:

• Handling of arc welding equipment and work method of arc welding, etc. (more than 10 hours)

Job Description:

• Handling of semi-automatic arc welders and ancillary equipment
• Edge preparation for the material to be welded, adjustment, tack welding (temporary welding)
• Welding of steel done by facing downward

Safety and health work:

• Safety and health education at the time of new employment
• Inspection work of safety equipment etc. before starting work
• Organizing and organizing work required for welding jobs
• Safety check for welding machines and surroundings
• Safety inspection work of wearing protective equipment and clothes
• Safety work by using safety devices, etc.
• Work to prevent hazards in occupational health
• Work to acquire emergency measures in case of abnormalities
• Special education related to welding work (Note) What to do before practical training of Technical Intern Training
• Special education related to dangerous or harmful work (excluding
  welding work)

• Lifting / transport machine operation work (Special education, skill training etc. are necessary depending on various machines.)
• Slinging on cranes (special education or skill training required)

• Transportation work of welding products (site from processing plant)
• Plastic welding operation
