We need the following positions for Qatar:

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in housekeeping department within hospitality or in related industry
• Has a strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Has in-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
• Maintaining stocks, ordering cleaning products, supervising housekeepers, training new employees and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service, regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed
• Monitoring housekeeping staff in a hospitality establishment, scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
