HELP DESK OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 3 years experience on the same field

Responsibilities:

• Solve issues related to computers , technology & various other system
• The job is vast in scope and is not limited to the use of solving issues related to computers and other related equipments
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic Techniques & pertinent questions

Requirements:

• Must have valid passport
• Detailed RESUME
• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
