Plumber (Construction | Can Read Blueprints & Plans)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Plumber.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and plumbing drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing installation methods, materials, and construction practices.
  • Skilled in the use of plumbing tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary piping.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and plumbing drawings to determine installation requirements.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and connect pipes and fittings using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, valves, pumps, and related components.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and proper operation before project turnover.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues during construction and installation.
  • Ensure all plumbing work complies with building codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction trades to complete projects efficiently.
