Abdullah A Al Barrak & Sons Co. is seeking an experienced and organized Maintenance Supervisor (Vehicle & Equipment) to oversee maintenance operations for company vehicles and equipment in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, coordinate repair activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support efficient fleet operations through effective planning, supervision, and reporting.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (VEHICLE & EQUIPMENT)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Others) or a related field.
• Strong technical background in vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills and sound working knowledge of maintenance operations.
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for company vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Lead maintenance technicians and ensure proper execution of repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  Monitor vehicle and equipment performance, identify issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems and MS Office applications for maintenance planning, reporting, and data management.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and other departments regarding maintenance requirements and spare parts needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
• Prepare reports and updates regarding maintenance activities, equipment status, and operational concerns.
