WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management systems.
  • Familiarity with receiving, storage, dispatching, and documentation processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and warehouse procedures.
  • Must possess a passport with at least two and a half (2.5) years validity remaining

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, materials, and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor stock movement and conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Prepare and process material requisitions, transfers, and dispatches.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all inventory items.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory logs, and reports.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged items, and stock shortages to management.
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
