EXCAVATING WORKS

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants aged 23 to 35 years old.
  • Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a scaffolder or in construction-related work.
  • Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
  • Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to workplace safety.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in construction environments.
  • Willing to adapt to Japanese workplace standards and culture.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools, excavation activities, and site safety procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in excavation, trenching, and general construction site activities.
  • Support scaffolding, material handling, and site preparation tasks when required.
  • Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and comply with construction work procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and construction materials.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction supplies and equipment.
  • Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
  • Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
  • Comply with Japanese workplace discipline, safety standards, and company regulations.
