Qualifications:
- Open for male and female applicants.
- Age requirement: 22 to 38 years old.
- Must have experience in a related culinary or kitchen role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Knowledgeable in food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during kitchen operations.
- Creative, disciplined, and service-oriented.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to hotel recipes, standards, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in proper storage and stock rotation procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations strictly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Assist in menu preparation, food planning, and special meal requests when required.
- Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure freshness and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues when necessary.
- Maintain organized workstations and contribute to an efficient and professional kitchen environment.
