MEP Coordinator (BIM)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong experience in MEP coordination within a BIM environment
• Proficient in:
  • Navisworks (for clash detection and coordination)
  • BIM modeling and coordination tools
• Solid understanding of:
  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Structural and architectural integration
• Experience in clash detection and resolution processes
• Ability to ensure high-quality, coordinated MEP models
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• No minimum educational attainment required (experience-based qualification accepted)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP systems within a BIM environment across projects
• Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with structural and architectural designs
• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Identify and resolve design conflicts before construction stage
• Maintain coordination standards and BIM protocols
• Support project teams with technical coordination and documentation
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements
