Job Location: Turks & Caicos Island
Island Drilling Ltd is seeking a skilled and licensed Grading Surveyor to join our team in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precise land surveying, grading measurements, and earthwork analysis using advanced surveying equipment and software.
GRADING SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
- Licensed Engineer (Civil, Surveying, Geography, or related field)
- With ready passport and complete documents
- Willing to work in island-based projects
- Not more than 45 years old
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Experience in grading and earthworks is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate high-precision surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, and LiDAR systems
- Conduct grading surveys and set out levels for construction and earthworks
- Interpret and apply cut and fill measurements on-site
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and specialized earthwork analysis platforms
- Handle placement and monitoring of physical survey markers
- Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams for project execution
