DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR
Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations within assigned departments. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient merchandising, and strong team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or houseware industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Experience in customer service, merchandising, or cash handling
- Background in training or coaching staff is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the assigned department to ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve performance and sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Oversee merchandising, product displays, and inventory management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support cash handling operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Assist in staff coaching, performance evaluation, and development
