Qualifications:
- Experience as a Kebab Maker or in a similar cooking role
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and meat preparation
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and marinate meat according to standard recipes
- Skewer and grill kebabs using appropriate cooking techniques
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking and preparation area
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: SAR 1,700 – 2,500 + SAR 300 Food Allowance
