Teppanyaki Chef / Sushi Chef
Qualifications:
- Age between 21 and 40 years old
- High School Graduate or College level
- Experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or hospitality industry
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Teppanyaki or Sushi dishes according to international standards
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide an excellent dining experience, especially for live cooking (Teppanyaki)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
