Electrician – Medium/Low Voltage

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician specializing in medium and low voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various building environments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification or license in electrical work is preferred.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call schedules if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain medium and low voltage electrical systems, including panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution boards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted operation of building systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to avoid downtime and hazards.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and plans for installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems.
  • Coordinate with the facilities management team for electrical projects and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
