Robert Reimers Enterprises Inc., in partnership with Omanfil, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the Marshall Islands.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain efficient restaurant operations.
• Experience working abroad is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and training.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering of restaurant materials.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and restaurant performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to improve service and efficiency.
