Robert Reimers Enterprises Inc., in partnership with Omanfil, is seeking a qualified IT Officer / IT Support to manage and maintain the company’s computer systems and IT infrastructure in the Marshall Islands.

IT OFFICER/IT SUPPORT

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT support or related position.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working abroad is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update software, security systems, and antivirus programs.
  • Assist employees with IT-related concerns and provide basic user training when needed.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, maintenance activities, and system updates.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly implemented.
